This is the fine foam of hand soap. Foaming soap bottles are so convenient because they make washing your hands easy. They clean off dirt and germs quickly, and the soft, fine lather feels lovely. I'd made dotted pictures like this on my phone before, and I wanted to try one on the iPad too.
