How to Buy

Every piece is made to order: we print and frame the work you choose, in the size and finish you choose.

1. Choose a work

Pick your favorite from our collection of 701 works.
Base prices range from ¥5,000 to ¥30,000 (the same amount in JPYC).

2. Choose a size

The size sets a multiplier on the base price:

• Up to 25 cm on the longest side: ×1 (a ¥5,000 work stays ¥5,000)
• Up to 40 cm: ×2 (a ¥5,000 work becomes ¥10,000)
• Up to 55 cm: ×4 (a ¥5,000 work becomes ¥20,000)

Larger than 55 cm: quoted individually.

3. Choose the finish and framing

Choose from the options below, and we'll send you a final quote:

• Print on special art paper, with or without a frame
• Frame quality of your choice (from ¥1,000 to ¥100,000 and up)
• Or a canvas print, with or without a frame

4. Final confirmation

Once the details are settled in the chat, we'll send you a “final confirmation” summarizing the work, size, finish, framing, total price (tax included), delivery date and cancellation terms. Your order is placed when you reply to accept it.

5. Payment (in advance)

You can pay by credit card (via a Square invoice) or in JPYC (on Polygon or Kaia). See Payment for details.
We start production once your payment is confirmed (that's when we order the paper, canvas and frame). After that, we can't accept cancellations or returns for personal reasons.

6. Production and shipping

We'll carefully make your piece and ship it within as little as two weeks of confirming your payment.
If the frame has to be ordered in or custom-made, it may take longer.

7. Check your piece

When your piece arrives, check it over, and if everything looks good, you're all set. If it was damaged in transit or has a printing defect, let us know within 7 days of delivery. After checking photos, we'll remake it or give you a refund.
