Disclosures under Japan's Act on Specified Commercial Transactions

Price	Each work's page shows its base price (tax included). The total, including the size (up to 25 cm ×1 / up to 40 cm ×2 / up to 55 cm ×4; larger sizes quoted individually) and the finish and framing options, is shown in the “final confirmation” before you order. When paying in JPYC, the amount is the same at 1 JPYC = ¥1.
Other charges	Packaging and shipping are free (within Japan only). When paying in JPYC, network fees (gas) are paid by the customer.
Payment methods	Credit card (Square invoice) / JPYC (Polygon or Kaia network)
Payment timing	Please pay after accepting the “final confirmation” and before production begins (payment in advance).
Delivery time	We ship within as little as two weeks of confirming your payment. If the frame has to be ordered in or custom-made, it may take longer (we'll tell you in the final confirmation).
Delivery area	Japan only
Returns and cancellations	Each piece is made to order. After accepting, before payment: you can cancel (just tell us in the chat). After payment: we start production (ordering paper, canvas and frame) once your payment is confirmed, so from then on we cannot accept cancellations, returns or exchanges for personal reasons. Damage in transit or printing defects: please contact us within 7 days of delivery. After checking photos, we will remake the piece or refund you (we cover the return shipping). Refunds for JPYC payments are returned to the address you paid from. Colors on screen may differ from the actual piece depending on your device and the paper or canvas used. If you have any concerns, please ask in the chat before production.
Qualified invoice	Registration number T1810059174784. On request, we'll send a qualified invoice (receipt) after payment.
