I've always loved the atmosphere from Christmas through the New Year holidays, so I started this as one of the little treats in the countdown to Christmas. Each piece is themed around something connected with Christmas or winter in Japan. To give the series a unified feel, every work is drawn on a black background, spreading outward in a radial pattern.
